Armond Budish is a Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 8th District since 2007. Budish was the Speaker of the House from 2009 to 2011, and currently serves as Minority Leader.

Budish is a partner of Budish, Solomon, Steiner, and Peck. He is also a columnist and author.

Budish earned a BA from Swarthmore College and a JD from New York University Law School. He and his wife, Amy, have two children; Ryan and Daniel.[1]

Budish won re-election in the 2012 election for Ohio House, District 8. Budish defeated Azaadjeet Singh in the March 6 Democratic primary election and defeated Tony Hocevar (R) in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
