Arnold Simpson (b. April 26, 1952) is a Democratic member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing District 65. He was first elected to the chamber in 1994. He served as City Manager for the City of Covington from 1986-1990, Assistant City Manager from 1984-1986, and Assistant City Solicitor from 1980-1984.[1]

Simpson's professional experience includes working as an attorney with his own firm, the Law Office of Arnold R. Simpson and Staff Attorney to Judge Donald Wintersheimer, Kentucky Court of Appeals from 1978-1980.
