Art Graham is a member of the Florida Public Service Commission, the state body charged with regulating the state's utility companies. He was first appointed to this position in July 2010 by Gov. Charlie Crist.[1]

Biography

Graham served as President of ART Environemental Consulting Services from 2005-2009. He also worked as Senior Process Engineer at Georgia Pacific LLC from 1995-2007, Recovery Engineer for Georgia Pacific Pulp and Paper from 1995-2002, Sales Engineer for Betz PaperChem from 1991-1995, and was employed at Goodyear Tire and Rubber from 1988-1991.[2]

Graham was re-appointed to the Florida Public Service Commission by Gov. Rick Scott (R) in February 2011, two days after withdrawing his appointment.[3]

Graham was first appointed to the Florida Public Service Commission by Gov. Charlie Crist in July 2010. Crist stated, "Art has a great track record of public service during the past 12 years, and as a councilman, he has already worked to protect utility consumers. His experience in the private sector has given him an understanding of the importance of ensuring the private sector’s responsible use of resources.”[4]
