Article XXX of the Arizona Constitution is entitled Marriage. It has only one section and was added to the Arizona Constitution in 2008 by Arizona Proposition 102 (2008)

Marriage Only a union of one man and one woman shall be valid or recognized as a marriage in this state.[1] |
