A Aurora City Ambulance Levy Renewal measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the city of Aurora which is in Portage County.

This measure sought to renew the current ambulance levy which is set at a rate of $.15 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for emergency medical service and equipment costs in the city.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of Aurora for the purpose of the purchase of ambulance, emergency medical vehicles, equipment and emergency medical services operated by a fire department or firefighting company at a rate not exceeding 1.5 mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to 15 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for 5 years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013. |
