B.J. Pak is a Republican member of the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 108. He has represented the district, previously District 102, since 2011.

Pak is a partner in the Atlanta law office of Schiff Hardin, LLP where he focuses on business and criminal law. He previously served as a prosecutor for the U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia and as an attorney at the firm of Alston & Bird LLP. Pak is also a trustee for the Client Security Fund of the State Bar of Georgia. He and his wife, Sandra, have two children.
