The question on the ballot:

Measure D: To improve the quality of education, upgrade and modernize classrooms and restrooms; make health and safety improvements; upgrade electrical systems, computers, and technology; replace outdated windows with new energy efficient windows; upgrade heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; and install solar panels, shall the Baker Valley Unified School District issue $3,200,000 of bonds within legal interest rates, have an independent citizens’ oversight committee and have no money used for administrative or teacher salaries or be taken by the state?
