Ballotpedia:Bailey Ludlam
Originally from Southern California, Ludlam currently resides in Chicago, Illinois. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Washington College, Maryland. In 2008 the MDDC Press Association awarded her with an editorial award. Ludlam is a member of the Society of Professional Journalists and the Association of Capitol Reporters and Editors.
Ludlam helped launch Ballotpedia's Tuesday Count, a weekly report that keeps running tabs on which ballot measures have been certified for statewide ballots in the previous week. The weekly reports based on the Tuesday Count are posted on the front page of Ballotpedia every Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. CT
In 2011, she helped roll out the State Executive Officials project which features profiles and election coverage on governors, lt. governors, attorneys general, secretaries of state and much more. Ludlam also launched Ballotpedia's projected outcome reports which featured predictions on the 2011 state executive elections.
In 2010, Ludlam published a report specifically analyzing the Missouri initiative and referendum process.
