It is the responsibility of the Colorado Secretary of State to maintain election results. That information is collected here.
2010: Aug. 10 primary and Nov. 2 general.
2008: Aug. 12 primary and Nov. 4 general results, PDF format.
2006: Nov. 7 general, Aug. 8 primary, PDF format, see pages 51-92.
2005:
- Nov. 1 general election for Referendum C and Referendum D.
- Dec. 13 recall election for District Attorney, Judicial District 9.
2004: Aug. 10 primary (pp. 52-86), and Nov. 2 general (pp. 87-142). Also includes results for Nov. 4, 2003 election concerning Amendment 32 (p. 45, Amendment 33 (p. 46), and Referendum A (p. 47).

The Colorado Secretary of State's Election Division provides online voter information. The Colorado Legislative Council maintains digital copies of their Blue Book ballot analysis in English and Spanish back to 1998. Older information is available through the University of Denver Westminster Law Library:
