There are many stories in the news that cover vote fraud. Here you'll find the best way to write about them on Ballotpedia.
Research
If you'd like to do continuous coverage of vote fraud, rather than stumbling on the occasional article, it is recommended that you set up an RSS feed. Some common ones are Google alerts, Google reader (for blogs) or creating an I-Google page that searches through Google News articles.

Title and intro

Make sure you include a subsection to the article where you break down what the article is discussing. Make sure you are including references in this section. If you are citing only one source you can use a reference tage like the one below:

Close the article
Make sure you include the following sections in the closing of the article:
