Status
- We've recently redesigned the Nevada page to make it more user-friendly as a hub for getting to everything about Nevada.
- We've recently added a new template for Breaking News. If you add an item in Ballotpedia that fits into this category, please add the template (just type {{news}}) at the place on the page where you want the banner to appear). Editors that are responsible for the front page content will check this category daily for items to possibly add to the front page news column. For more info on this template, what qualifies as breaking news, etc., see Help:Breaking News. To see what's currently in the Breaking News category, go to Category:Breaking News.
Areas needing work
- Adding breaking news regarding Nevada initiatives
- Creating pages for "red links"
- Red links are pages that don't currently exist but that we would like to have. Anytime you see a red link, you are encouraged to start a page on that subject.
- Continue work on articles and charts on past initiatives (see List of Nevada ballot measures)
- Adding articles about groups and individuals who actively support or oppose initiatives in Nevada
- More information on local initiatives in Nevada
- Political consultants and advocacy groups
- Following the money: Add information about donations and donors to ballot measure campaigns. This info can be found at followthemoney.org.
