Ballotpedia has obtained permission from the Inter-university Consortium for Political and Social Research (ICPSR) to use information from their study Referenda and Primary Election Materials (Study no. 00006).[1]

The study contains documentation and results for historical ballot measures for all fifty states, largely from the time period of 1968 to 1990.

The information has been provided to ballotpedia.org for non-commercial use only. It is not intended for redistribution.
