There are a number of factual corrections and some additions needed. In particular:

• pay attention to the difference between an initiated law and a constitutional amendment.
• be careful to cite citizen organizers of petition drives, rather than (easier to find) legislative reactions, as these are citizen-led efforts in most cases.
