Barbara Horn (b. October 11, 1946) is a former Democratic member of the Arkansas State Senate, representing District 21 from 2001 to 2011. She served as Assistant Pro Tempore during her final term.

Horn served in the Arkansas House of Representatives from 1993 to 2000.

Biography

Horn attended Texarkana College in 1955. Her professional experience includes working as an insurance agent. She served in the United States Army.
