Language on the ballot:

Shall the millage of the Barryton Public Library District be renewed at a rate of 1 mill for a period of 4 years ($1.00 per $1,000 of taxable value for years 2013 through 2016 inclusive) for all purposes authorized by law? If levied at its maximum this millage is estimated to provide revenues of $89,500 in its first year. A home valued at $75,000 ($37,500 taxable value) would pay $37.50 per year.
