Two Beavercreek & Fairborn Local Option Questions were on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the precinct locations which are in Greene County.

Both measures were approved
Beavercreek

  • YES: 208 (62.84%) Approveda
  • NO: 123 (37.16%)

Fairborn

  • YES: 424 (73.87%) Approveda
  • NO: 150 (26.13%)[1]

The Beavercreek measure sought to allow the sale of alcohol on Sundays and the Fairborn measure seeks to allow the sale of alcohol on premise at the designated location.[2]

The question on the ballot:

Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of ten a.m. and midnight, by Wal Mart Stores East LP dba Store 2124, an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a neighborhood store at 3360 Pentagon Blvd., Beavercreek, OH 45431 in this precinct?
