Bella Villa and Wilbur Park Sewer Assessment Increases (April 2010)
Two Bella Villa and Wilbur Park Sewer Assessment Increase measures were on the April 6, 2010 ballot in the two areas which are in St. Louis Counties.
Both measures were approved
- Bella Villa
- Wilbur Park
- YES 57 (71.25%)

- NO 23 (28.75%)[1]
Both measures sought to increase the sewer assessment fees in both Bella Villa and Wilbur Park. The increase would be to $50 annually would would go towards the repair and maintenance of the sewer lines in the areas. [2]
