Two Belleville & Northville Library Levy Measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the library districts of Belleville and Northville, which are in Wayne County.

Both measures were approved

The Belleville library measure sought to implement a library levy at a rate of $.70 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a period of twelve years in order to help pay for operational costs of the library district.[1]
