A Bellville Village Cemetery Levy Replacement measure was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the village of Bellville which is in Richland County.
The measure was approved
- YES 281 (61.76%)
- NO 174 (38.24%)[1]
This measure sought to replace the current cemetery levy with one set at a rate of $.20 per $100 of assessed value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for cemetery maintenance and operational costs in the village.[2]
