A City of Berkeley Rent Stabilization board vacancies, Measure E ballot proposition was on the November 7, 2006 ballot in the City of Berkeley in Alameda County, where it was approved.
The ballot question was, "Shall the Charter of the City of Berkeley be amended to provide that vacancies in the office of Rent Stabilization Board Commissioner shall be filled at a general municipal election and that in the interim the position shall be filled by the Rent Stabilization Board by appointment?"
