Beth Humenik is a 2014 Republican candidate for District 24 of the Colorado State Senate. She ran unsuccessfully for District 31 of the Colorado House of Representatives in 2012.


Humenik's professional experience includes working as a personal injury and workers comp paralegal, in real estate and title work, at a medical device company, as a substitute teacher with DPS inner city schools and as an adjunct instructor at local proprietary colleges.

Elections for the office of Colorado State Senate will take place in 2014. A primary election took place June 24, 2014. The general election will be held on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was March 31, 2014. Judy Solano was unopposed in the Democratic primary, while Beth Martinez Humenik was unopposed in the Republican primary. Solano will face Humenik in the general election.[1][2]
