Bettie Scott

Democrat Bettie Scott of Detroit is the current state representative for the 3rd District of the Michigan House of Representatives serving her second term. Rep. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in education and sociology from Wayne State University and graduated from the School of Police Staff and Command at Northwestern University. Rep. Scott is married to Randolph J. Scott. She has a son, Alvin, and a stepdaughter, Jennifer.
