Scalze is Owner and Operator of Hoffman Corner Heating and Air Conditioning. From 1966 to 1996 she was Owner and Artist at Scalze's.
Scalze served on the City of Little Canada Council from 1979-2002. She is a member of the Friends of Roseville's Harriet Alexander Nature Center Board, Vadnais Heights Rotary Club, Historical Society of Little Canada, Sierra Club, Riverfront Facilities Ad Hoc Advisory Committee of Ramsey County, and the Attorney General's Task Force on Pharmaceuticals, Medicare and Family Health.[1]
