Coley is an attorney with Roetzel & Andress. He served in the Ohio House of Representatives from 2005 to 2011. He would have been ineligible to run for re-election to the House in 2012, and chose to leave his term early and replace Gary Cates in the Ohio State Senate. In May 2011, Coley was appointed to the Ohio State Senate.[1]
Coley earned a BS in finance from University of Dayton and a JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is married to Caroline.[2]
