Bill Cowsert (b. May 31, 1963) is a Republican member of the Georgia State Senate. He has been a Senator since 2006 and currently serves the 46th district.
Education
Cowsert is a graduate of Presbyterian College. He earned his Law Degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
