Bill Holmes was a Democratic candidate for District 167 of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. The primary election was on May 18, 2010 and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Holmes was unopposed in the May 18 Democratic primary. Incumbent Republican Duane Milne defeated Holmes and independent P. Joseph Corrigan, III in the November 2 general election.[1]
