Bill Kenney is a member of the Missouri Public Service Commission. He has served in this position since January 2013.[1] He was named chair of the commission on March 1, 2013, after former chair Kevin Gunn resigned his position.


Kenney formerly served as a top aide to Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder (R) and was a quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs from 1980 to 1988. He served in the Missouri State Senate from 1995 to 2003. Kenney works as a businessman and real-estate developer.[2]
