- YES 10,297 (83.41%)
- NO 2,048 (16.59%)
This measure sought to renew the current levy which is set at a rate of $7.98 per $1,000 of assessed property value for a further ten years in order to continue to pay for general operational costs of the school district. Proponents of the measure noted that no increases would occur so residents will just pay the same amount of property taxes if this measure is approved. A total of $6.6 million a year is generated from this levy currently.
