The question on the ballot:

SHALL BLACK FOREST FIRE/RESCUE PROTECTION DISTRICT TAXES BE INCREASED $565,680 ANNUALLY, OR BY SUCH AMOUNT AS MAY BE RAISED BY THE IMPOSITION OF AN ADDITIONAL AD VALOREM PROPERTY TAX RATE OF NOT MORE THAN 4.25 MILLS, RESULTING IN A TOTAL DISTRICT MILL LEVY RATE, EXCLUSIVE OF REFUNDS, ABATEMENTS, OR DEBT SERVICE, NOT TO EXCEED 9.215 MILLS, FOR THE PURPOSES OF PROVIDING FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY RESCUE SERVICES, COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 2012, AND CONTINUING THEREAFTER; AND SHALL THE DISTRICT BE AUTHORIZED TO COLLECT, RETAIN AND SPEND THE PROCEEDS OF SUCH TAXES AND ALL OTHER AMOUNTS RECEIVED ANNUALLY FROM ANY REVENUE SOURCES WHATSOEVER AS A VOTER-APPROVED REVENUE CHANGE UNDER ARTICLE X, SECTION 20 OF THE COLORADO CONSTITUTION, SECTION 29-1-301, C.R.S., OR ANY OTHER LAW?[3]
