Blanchard/Santa Paula public library, increase in appropriations limit, Measure L, 2008

Measure L, or the Blanchard/Santa Paula public library, increase in appropriation limit measure, will appear on the November 4, 2008 ballot in Ventura County, California for voters in the Blanchard/Santa Paula public library district.

It asks voters, "Shall the appropriations (spending) limit for the Blanchard Community Library be at $500,000 above the Gann limit from July 1, 2010 through the date of June 30, 2014, as was previously approved by the voters at the ballot on November 2, 2004."

Measure L was approved with 67.54% of the vote.
