Shall the corporate authorities of the Village of Blue Mound be authorized to levy a tax at a rate of 1% on the sale of cigarettes and alcohol sold in the Village of Blue Mound for expenditures on municipal operations, expenditures on public infrastructure, or property tax relief?[2]
