This measure sought to add to the current village income tax by a rate of one-forth percent for a continuing period of time in order to help pay for sewer capital improvement costs in the village.[2]

| Shall the ordinance proposing a one-forth % levy on income for the purpose of water and sewer capital improvements only (replacing the existing one-forth % income tax for town hall improvements), commencing January 1, 2013, for a period of years not to exceed 15, be approved? |
