|“||Shall the limitation upon the total amount of general ad valorem taxes imposed upon real and tangible personal property for all purposes in any one year under Michigan law be increased for Blumfield Township, Saginaw County Michigan, by one mill ($1.00 per one thousand dollars), to provide additional funds for road reconstruction within the Township, which exceeds the 15 mill limitation imposed under Article IX, Section 6 of Michigan Constitution on General Ad Valorem Taxes within Blumfield Township, for four years, from 2012 through 2015, which levy will raise in the first year of the levy the estimated sum of $83,750.00. This proposed one mill increase is supplemental to, and not a replacement for, the existing one and one-half mills for road maintenance and repair which will expire in 2013.||”|
