Bob McCaslin is a Washington state senator, currently serving the 5th district.^[1] He was first elected to the senate in 1980 and has served continuously since then.

Education

McCaslin earned his BA in Sociology/Economics from Washington State University in 1950.

Professional experience

McCaslin has worked in production management for Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation. He served in the United States Navy from 1944 to 1946. He is also the retired owner of a real estate firm.

McCaslin has served the Washington State Senate since 1981.
