Smith was a member of the New Jersey General Assembly from 1986 to 2001 and served as Deputy Minority Leader.[2]
Biography
Smith graduated with a B.A. in History from the University of Scranton. He later graduated with M.S. degrees in Chemistry from the University of Scranton and Environmental Science from Rutgers University. He later obtained a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.[3] Smith is an attorney for his law firm, Bob Smith and Associates.
