Bob Ziegelbauer is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly. Ziegelbauer represents Wisconsin's 25th Assembly District which consists of the Manitowoc region. Also, Ziegelbauer is the County Executive for Manitowoc.

Bob Ziegelbauer was elected to the Wisconsin State Assembly in 1992. Ziegelbauer is a rare breed of Democrat in the State Assembly as the lone conservative Democrat in a hard-left wing caucus. Ziegelbauer admantaly opposes universal health care and all forms of taxaition as Ziegelbauer is usally the highest rated Democrat on scorecards including Americans for Propserity and Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce.
