SHALL THE TOWN OF BOW MAR DEBT BE INCREASED UP TO $3,200,000, WITH A MAXIMUM REPAYMENT COST OF UP TO $4,711,250, AND SHALL TOWN TAXES BE INCREASED UP TO $241,000 ANNUALLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING, TO THE EXTENT OF AVAILABLE FUNDS, • THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A PAVING MAINTENANCE AND RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM AS ADDRESSED IN THE REPORT TITLED TOWN OF BOW MAR 2011 STREET PAVEMENT PRESERVATION AND RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM.[4]
