PROVIDE FOR DESIGNATION OF GEOGRAPHIC BOUNDARIES FOR VOTING DISTRICTS EVERY TEN (10) YEARS.

The current City Charter provides for the designation of geographic boundaries for each voting district every four (4) years. Shall the Charter be amended to provide for the designation of geographic boundaries for voting districts commencing ninety (90) days after the issuance of the 2020 census report and every ten (10) years thereafter?
