Brandon Brooks was a Libertarian candidate for District 11 of the Maryland House of Delegates. The primary election was on September 14, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.

Brooks ran unopposed in the September 14 primary. In the general election, he faced the 3 winners of the Democratic and Republican primaries. The Republican primary winners were Carol Byrd, Michael Collins (Maryland) and Steven Smith. The Democratic winners were Jon Cardin (incumbent), Dan Morhaim (incumbent) and Dana Stein (incumbent).

Brooks lost in the general election on November 2, 2010, coming in seventh. All three seats in the district were up for election.[1]
