Brandon Dodds (b. 1974 Union City, TN) was a 2014 Republican candidate for District 27 of the Tennessee State Senate.[1]

Dodds was a 2010 Independent candidate for Governor of Tennessee.

Elections for 18 seats in the Tennessee State Senate will take place in 2014. A primary election took place on August 7, 2014. A general election will take place on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 3, 2014. Randy Lamb was unopposed in the Democratic primary. Ed Jackson defeated Brandon Dodds in the Republican primary. James A. Baxter is running as an independent candidate. Tim York is running as a Constitution Party candidate. Lamb, Jackson, Baxter and York will face off in the general election.[2][1]
