Brandon Giuda (b. August 7, 1958) is a former Republican member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Merrimack 7 from 2010 to 2012.

Giuda's professional experience includes owning the following establishments; Chocorua Custom Homes, Law Office of J. Brandon Giuda, Dell-Lea Function Facility, and Subway Epsom.

Giuda earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 1999 and his B.S. in resources management from the United States Naval Academy in 1981.

Giuda ran for re-election in the 2012 election for New Hampshire House of Representatives, Merrimack 20. Giuda was unopposed in the September 11 primary and was defeated in the general election which took place on November 6, 2012.[2][3]
