Language on the ballot:

The City Council of the City of Brier passed Ordinance No. 401, annexing into the City the 15.9 acres known as the Allview Heights annexation area. This measure would approve the City’s annexation of the Allview Heights annexation area, allowing the area to become a part of the City.
