Clark is an attorney. He earned his JD from the Mississippi College School of Law, BS from Mississippi Valley State, and AA from Holmes Community College.
Clark serves as President of the Holmes County National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, Magnolia Bar Association, and the Mississippi Bar Association.[1]
