Bud Phillips is a former Democratic member of the Virginia House of Delegates, representing District 2 from 1990 to 2012.

Phillips is an attorney by trade. He is a member of the Pinnacle Park Committee, Stone Mountain Health Care Clinic, Virginia Lawyers Association, and Virginia State Bar.[1]

On November 3, 2009, Phillips won re-election to the 2nd District Seat in the Virginia House of Delegates.
