Burnett County, Wisconsin

Burnett County is one of 72 counties in Wisconsin. The county was formed in 1856 and was named after state legislator Thomas P. Burnett. Burnett County is located in northwestern Wisconsin, covers 821.5 square miles and contains 509 lakes. The county seat is Meenon.[1]
