Johnson ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on June 12 and was defeated in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1] [2][3]
2010
Johnson was a 2010 Democratic candidate for the District 58 in the South Carolina House of Representatives in the November 2, 2010 state legislative elections. He did not have any opposition in the June 8 primary. He was defeated by incumbent Liston Barfield (R) and James Robinson (L) in the general election on November 2.[4]
