Three Butler, Jefferson & Perry Township Levy Renewal measures were on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the villages of Butler, Jefferson and Perry which are in Richland County.

The Butler measure sought to renew the current expenses levy which is set at a rate of 2 mills for a period of five years in order to pay for current expenses in the village.
