A Butler Township Current Expenses Tax Levy Replacement question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Darke County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question authorized the township of Butler to impose a property tax levy replacement of 0.4 mills ($0.4 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund current expenses.[1]
