C. William "Bill" Frick (b. December 30, 1974) is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 16. He was first appointed to the chamber on October 2, 2007.

Frick has served as Majority Parliamentarian since 2013.

Elections for the office of Maryland House of Delegates will consist of a primary election on June 24, 2014, and a general election on November 4, 2014. The signature-filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was February 25, 2014. Incumbents Bill Frick and Ariana Kelly will face Jordan P. Cooper, Peter Dennis, Hrant Jamgochian, Marc Korman, Karen Kuker-Kihl, Gareth E. Murray in the Democratic primary, while John Andrews will face Rose Maria Li in the Republican primary.[1]
