A Cadiz Township Cemetery Levy Replacement measure was on the November 8, 2011 ballot in the township of Cadiz which is in Harrison County.

This measure sought to replace current cemetery levy with one set at a rate of $.05 per $100 of assessed property value for a further five years in order to continue to pay for cemetery maintenance costs in the township.[2]

The question on the ballot:
| A replacement of a tax for the benefit of Cadiz Township for the purpose of MAINTENANCE OF CADIZ UNION CEMETERY at a rate not exceeding one-half (0.5) mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to five cents ($0.05) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for five (5) years, commencing in 2012, first due in calendar year 2013. |
